Blog about Twitter

Twitter is a social media platform in which people and celebrities post updates or "tweets" on their lives. People can comment on the tweets or retweet to create new discussions with their own followers. Tweets can be about any topic and can be viewed to the public for millions of people. Blackboard discussions are among classmates and the professor. Usually, the professor assigns a certain topic for students to discuss on Blackboard and are not open to the public. An in-class discussion is different from Twitter and Blackboard discussions because it requires face-to-face interaction. There is no grace period for people to think of a response to post on the Internet. An in-class discussion is among classmates and about a certain educational topic. There are no electronic devices involved.
